iRest Yoga Nidra Community Class
These classes are aimed at those who have completed a 6-8 week iRest course but open to anyone. Bookings are not necessary (you can just drop in) but you can book on the MindBody app. These classes will mainly be led by either Sandra Palmer or Bridget McNamara.
